SWARMHR? SWARMHR (Software for Workforce Automation and Resource Management) is a cloud-based accounting, CRM (customer relationship management) and ATS (applicant tracking system) platform for automating routine HR processes with integrated workflows. It also offers tools for employee management including onboarding, managing, offboarding, and compliance.

SWARMHR’s ATS module provides a digital applicant system for managing job applications and reference submissions with secure document access and storage. With the e-onboarding and e-signatures tools, applicants can complete and sign various documents and contracts online, as well as carry out onboarding procedures. In the ATS module, managers can view new position requirements, documents submitted by applicants, and application statuses, and assess all candidates for suitability for the role.

The SWARMHR payroll module helps identify labor condition application (LCA) wage gaps, enabling companies to remain compliant with wage legislation. Employees can make expense claims and leave requests, as well as clock-in and out using geolocation on their mobile devices, or scanning an ID barcode using integrated hardware. Managers can view use SWARMHR to review employee requests and access reports on metrics such as hourly time tracking by employee, and status of employees.

With SWARMHR, access can be granted to different departments such as HR, finance, management, and employees with varying permissions based on access needs. Additionally, suppliers and vendors associated with a business can be stored in SWARMHR for completing invoices, viewing payment status, contracts and service agreements, and enabling direct communication.
