Edvance360 helps in keeping the learners engaged by offering features such as Web 2.0 based collaboration tools, course interaction tools, personal learning solutions, facilitating discussion tools secure communication tools like chats & live video conferencing. The product has the capability to detect the user’s mobile device and accordingly provide access to learning management features. The solution empowers course designers by helping them offer interactive lessons, surveys & assessments, user-friendly gradebooks, and interactivity tools. The solution enables program designers and course facilitators to assign objectives to students and monitor their performance on these predefined objectives, along with the capability to generate alerts or notifications to supervisors if non-compliance is detected.

Edvance360 allows integration of the learning management system with third-party content providers, intranets, HRIS vendors, and CRM solutions. The product also includes an optional e-commerce module to accept payments for external training and allows employees to self-register for training.
