Managers can import invoices in CSV format and schedule automated reminders to process complete or partial payments according to clients’ requirements. It also lets users configure system settings and add customizable templates for email, SMS, and interactive voice response (IVR) reminders.

Administrators can use Paycepaid’s dashboard to track the progress of ongoing campaigns and gain an overview of collected cash and pending amount through graphs. Enterprises can store customers’ contacts in a built-in database and flag them as automated, manual, or VIP for quicker identification. Managers can filter data by invoice or status type, receive notifications about due payments, and utilize the search functionality to access specific invoice entries from the database.

Paycepaid offers integration with Xero and MYOB, which enables businesses to automatically populate generated invoices with real-time data. Debt collection agencies can also send legal emails and demand letters to clients and utilize the reminder tab to view information such as customer’s name, notification type, and pending actions.
