Everee? Everee is a cloud-based payroll management tool that helps businesses streamline payroll through embedded time tracking, issue notifications and mobile approvals. The software enables managers to monitor employee clock-in/out timings and approve hours before payments are processed.

Everee allows businesses to maintain records of employee attendance and generate reports for administrative or accounting operations. Employees can configure their personal preference settings to be paid daily, weekly or bi-monthly. Managers are able to verify employees’ working hours with details including name, date, and shift timings on the integrated timesheets.

Everee automatically notifies managers of any schedule or attendance discrepancies before payroll is run, and data is exported for upload to accounting systems after every payroll cycle. The platform also provides a centralized database for secure retention of HR documents, 1099 & W2 forms for income tax filings, state and federal unemployment insurance, and same-day direct deposit.
