ITCS-WebClock? ITCS-WebClock promises workforce time and attendance management deployed wholly as a cloud-based SaaS solution, that assists managers with real time employee tracking. Time can be clocked through the browser, GPS-enabled smartphones, tablets, badge devices and biometric time clocks, while integrating that time tracking functionality and data with existing payroll systems. The centralized system requires no installation and administrators can access gathered data securely from any location, using a web-based time clock interface to monitor, report and issue company-wide notifications.

Core modules begin with absence management for the logging and tracking of paid / unpaid time off requests, sick leave or any other absences authorized or unauthorized. Managers can review and approve requests manually or automatically while monitoring leave balances and sending email notifications to staff. Project and job costing is available across multiple tiers, capturing time tracking data and associating it with a GL (Geo-Location) code, client or task name. Similarly, expense management gathers associated additional working costs for the purpose of employee reimbursement. Linked also to project and job costings, typical expenses include commissions, bonuses and mileage with convenient export to other financial systems for payroll processing. Lastly employee scheduling supports the allocation and planning of staff shifts while factoring in absence and lateness, the setting of broader team schedules, timekeeping integration and the ability to allow workers to request shift swaps or scheduling rearrangements.
