EasyWeb ATS is an applicant tracking and recruitment solution designed specifically for UK businesses with tools for job advertising, interview scheduling, careers page creation, custom application form creation, applicant processing, shortlisting tools, agency management, reporting, and more. The cloud-based solution also provides online and telephone support, on-site training days, hiring manager and agency portals, and job advertisement publishing to free UK job boards.

From the EasyWeb recruiter portal users can view active job openings, publish or disable jobs postings, track applicants, schedule interviews, and more. The jobs tab provides an overview of active and disabled job postings with information on the job title, location, status, number if applicants, and whether it’s connected to any agencies. Applications can be processed with EasyWeb ATS using the dual window, which allows recruiters to review both the resume and application form side-by-side. Interviews can be scheduled for individual or multiple applicants at the same time, and the calendar view allows users to assess availability. Applicants are notified with an automatic confirmation email, and can add the appointment to their calendar with a click.

EasyWeb ATS facilitates the integration of existing careers pages or the creation of a new standalone jobs website which is fully optimized for mobile devices. Application forms can be created and customized to ensure they gather the relevant information from candidates, and recruiters can add tailored questions to specific job postings. Recruitment agencies can also be managed within EasyWeb ATS with the ability to manage preferred agencies and control which agency has permissions for each open job role.
