SchoolAdmin comes with an admissions module, which enables administrators to schedule appointments, send communications via text/email, share checklists with staff and families, create events for prospective students, and manage applications. It displays various admissions statistics in real-time, including inquiry-to-application conversion, selectivity, and yield. Plus, teams can generate contracts to define fee structures, manage student-related documents from a centralized portal, and collect policy acknowledgements from parents via electronic signatures. Parents can also login to a dedicated portal to accept admission offers, receive reminders, and pay fees.

SchoolAdmin comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with third-party applications such as Blackbaud, FACTS, SSAT, Diamond Mind, Authorize.Net, and more.
