Features such as a homepage with profile editing options, automatic questionnaire webpage sequence, custom links, visual indications of rating scales and reverse questions, and mandatory question indicators help guide participants through the review process.

When creating questionnaires, businesses can set up an unlimited number of rating scales including numerical scales, behaviorally anchored rating scales (BARS), and Likert scales, or users can create their own custom defined scales.
